Situated in the small village of Bryatovets, 18km from Bourgas City, Bourgas Airport and Sunny Beach, Nesebar and many other beaches are easily accessible by taxi or car.

The Villa is on a gated complex with 3 other villas and a shared pool and gardens. There are small villages nearby – Kableshkovo, Iytos where weekly markets take place where you can buy anything from socks to wood burners!

The Villa is serviced by a local company who are on hand for local information, etc.
